Introduction to Kabbalah

Have you ever wondered what Kabbalah (Jewish Mysticism) is really all about? If so, I would like to offer you an introductory course on Shabbat afternoons beginning on 8 April - 20 May. 

This period between Pesach and Shavuot, known as the counting of the Omer, has a mystical component which focuses on the 7 lower Sefirot or divine emanations. We will look at various texts to understand this basic structure of the kabbalah called "The Sefirot" and gain an entry into the fascinating literature of our mystic tradition.

Please rsvp if you are interested and can attend on Shabbat. For those who prefer to meet just after Kiddush 1PM and those who prefer later in the afternoon 4:30PM please indicate your preference. If Sunday evenings are preferable for you, please indicate.
