Dr. Romina Yalonetzky is a Professor at the Department of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences at Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología (UTEC) in Peru. She will join us via Zoom to discuss the process of social insertion of Jews in Lima, address the process of the community’s upward social mobility in the second half of the 20th century, and explain and the challenges the community faces today.
