We are privileged to have as a guest speaker Dr Michael Cohen. Michael, who was born in South Africa, has served Jewish communities in many capacities, ranging from teaching at university level, being deputy principal of Bialik College for two decades, to leading various adult courses. He has held senior executive positions in a number of Jewish organisations and still teaches part-time at two Jewish schools in Melbourne. Michael was awarded his PhD by the Centre for Jewish Civilization, Monash University.
