Directors are appointed by the Kehilat Nitzan Board. The budget for Tikkun Olam programs is reviewed and approved annually by the Kehilat Nitzan Board.
The Tikkun Olam Board meets monthly to review the programs and discuss new ideas. The Board collaborates closely with Rabbi Sadoff to ensure our programs meet the needs of our members and the broader community.
The Tikkun Olam Board oversees a committed group of volunteers delivering a variety of programs that promote the concept of gemilut chasadim in its broadest sense. These programs include support for members of our own Kehillah (community) as well as providing aid and working for social justice within both the Jewish and the wider Australian communities and encouraging interfaith dialogue.
